Dissent
Because of a unanimous decision, there was no dissent written for this case. All judges and Chief Marshall ruled in favor of McCulloch. They believed that everything he stood for was constitutional and everything that Maryland did was unconstitutional as discussed in the decision tab and the significance tab.
